The Kimberley, the ancestral land of the Aboriginal Nyikina people, recognized as one of the last remaining wilderness areas on the planet, is now threatened by intensive exploitation of mineral and hydrocarbon resources. Relying on the philosophical foundations of their culture which date back many thousands years, the Aborigines respond to that crisis. They have come to talk with us about their culture and their struggle.

A documentary by Magali McDuffie will be screened at the end of the meeting.
