Visites complices
~Part of the exhibition Frac Forever

How does a station master, a magistrate, a physician, or a steelmaker view art? What do artworks evoke in the mind of an architect, a firefighter, or a journalist? What stories do they tell?
The “insiders” invite you to their homes or to their favorite hangouts. Every Sunday, before a small group, they will tell a story taking as their starting point one of the works in the exhibition Frac Forever on display at Centre Pompidou-Metz. They will enjoy sharing their stories, their fantasies, or their obsessions, drawing on the emotions elicited by the artworks. We will thus go from Witkin’s photographs to crime scenes, from Lee Friedlander’s deserts to American Indians, from Pascal Duthoit’s forests to fairy tales…
With the participation of the “insiders”:
Carole, Catherine, Charlotte, Christopher, Claire, Dominique F., Dominique L., Emmanuelle, Francis, Fabrice, Hélène, Hervé, Jacqueline, Julian, Karine, Laurence, Laurent, Magali, Matthieu, Mélanie, Michel, Patrick, Pauline, Philippe M., Philippe S., Richard, Serge, Stefan, Stéphanie, Véronique, Vivienne.
